High Waist Brief

All my period underwear ended up having PFAS (major eye roll) and I've been looking for a replacement. I have endometriosis and get really bloated with a heavy flow and I need enough padding to not have to change every hour. I absolutely love the fit of these. They're comfortable with enough stretch and thick enough so that I can wear them for a while before having to change. I usually wear a L or XL in bottoms depending on the fit. The XL fit me more like a L usually does and I wanted more room to accommodate bloat, so I returned and bought 2XL and they're great. The return process was really easy!

I've been struggling to find a period management method that works for me for over 10yrs since Ive been menstruating, period underwear was a life changer for me. I've been keeping an eye on this brand for a bit wanting to know if the investment was worth it and it is!
Pros: more comfortable gusset than other period underwear ive tried. Its barely noticeable and I have sensory issues.
Aesthetically pleasing but still functional.
Handles heavy flows well
Doesn't collect pet hair the way others ive tried have.
Cons:
I wish there was a non highwaisted option as pressure on the tummy can be uncomfortable dealing with cramps and bloating but they've still been workable for me.
The elastic is a little rough feeling and tight, minor issue but when sweating and moving can rub a bit.

Overall amazing experience and so far the best period underwear ive found. Im very glad I took the time to invest in this company!!!

When I first heard about Kayaness I was so intrigued. I’ve always had EXTREMELY heavy periods with rough pain from endometriosis. Periods were the bane of my existence. It’s messy, smelly, and so much extra effort during a time where I’m already drained and sick of it all.
This period underwear has become such a big part of my period routine and has made life during menstruation SO much better. The coverage and absorbency is 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻. I WISH I had this when i was in middle school, so I wouldn’t have had to endure the embarrassment of leaking through a pad/tampon. I never leak through with these undies. They offer full coverage of absorbency (even up the butt - iykyk) and they are so comfortable. There’s no smell when I’m wearing them like there is with pads and it is much easier to swap out than a tampon (lot less messy). I have 4 pairs now and i’m trying to save up for a few more so i will be fully covered for my entire period bc these are magical. If I ever have a daughter these will be on the list of things she will be gifted with when she starts her period bc it truly does just make that week of the month so much easier and more comfortable.

First time using something like this and did not disappoint. Overall a great purchase and great experience. Will be ordering again ☺️
